You will work collaboratively with teams across London and Berlin, and report to the Senior Account Director, while being responsible for successfully sourcing and building relationships with multiple influencers across a range of verticals.3 best things about the jobBe part of one of the fastest-growing global influencer marketing agenciesThe chance to learn from and knowledge share with the global teamsJoining the business at a time of growth and expansion in the EMEA regionMeasures of success – In the first few months, you would have:Met the team: Spent 1:1 with your line manager and other team members to build rapport and understand how your role fits into the overall structureFamiliarised yourself with key processes: Particular reference to our master docs, reporting, and creator selection processesLearned our key systems: Reference to Slack, G-drive tools, IQ, and WavesEstablished creator comms understanding: Identify creators, contact/negotiate with them, and onboard them to WavesCreator management: Draft contracts using our internal processes and platforms, work on creator briefs, deliver creator lists including outsource reach out negotiations and management of creators, share creator guidelines across campaignsInitiated minimal client interaction: Answer client questions when on-ground and support client comms on calls and via email with help from the managerRoles & Responsibilities:Support with the day-to-day management of creator and branded content campaigns, with a focus on key social platformsReviewing creator content to ensure it meets campaign briefing requirements and expectationsDevelop expert knowledge of the creator communityResponsible for building and nurturing relationships with creators, and managing comms with creators and talent management agenciesSupport the campaigns team with strategic creator research, vetting, sourcing and outreach ensuring relevancy and diversityOversee and manage campaigns via our platform, Waves, including brief & content uploads and creator paymentsEnsuring all campaigns are set up correctly across platforms including TikTok Creator Marketplace, TikTok Creative Exchange and Monday.comSupporting Account Managers and Senior Account Managers with daily campaign statuses and updatesWork on end-of-campaign reports alongside Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to ensure we exceed client expectationsSupport with partner events and workshop initiativesWhat you will need:You must speak German and English fluentlyPassion for creators and very familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram & SnapExperience being organised and meticulous about meeting deadlines with excellent attention to detailHigh energy and ability to multitask, with a real ability to quickly prioritise across several projectsA proven team player, with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of othersAble to build strong rapport and relationships both internally and externallyThe ability to remain calm under pressureNot afraid to roll the sleeves up and get involved with day-to-day tasks when requiredStrong negotiation, presentation and communication skillsA few of our core benefits:Private Healthcare & Pension - full medical coverage and pension scheme 23 Days Annual Leave - plus 10 public holidays, end-of-year closure, and birthday offHybrid & Flexible Working - work from home 2 days/week plus work from anywhere up to 4 weeks per yearEnhanced Parental LeaveLearning & Development - dedicated resources for career growth plus Employee Assistance Programme for wellbeing supportFor more information on our benefits, perks and what makes us unique, please visit our website hereAt Influencer, we’re committed to cultivating an environment that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion.
