Role purpose
Lead complex new-logo pursuits and strategic expansions while mentoring junior sellers. Deliver top-tier revenue growth through structured territory strategy and executive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships at senior/C-level; steer proposals and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Orchestrate internal stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Finance, Solutions).
- Define quarterly territory strategy; deliver accurate forecasts and reports.
- Coach junior Account Executives on pipeline quality and deal execution.
Must-haves
- 5+ years B2B field sales with a strong record in larger/complex deals.
- Advanced discovery, value articulation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- English B2+ (German preferred); strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Valid driving license; regional travel readiness.
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics/air freight; Salesforce proficiency; formal sales methodology.
