Your responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain embedded avionics software for aerospace systems- Implement AI and deep learning algorithms to improve system functionality, such as sensor data processing- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, systems engineers, to ensure seamless integration of software solutions into avionics systems- Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254) and safety-critical software development practices- Conduct testing, validation, and verification of software to meet aerospace requirements Your profile:- Completed studies in computer science, aerospace engineering or a comparable- Professional experience in the field of IT/information systems and aerospace- Proven experience in embedded software development for avionics or aerospace applications- Familiarity with avionics standards (e.g., ARINC 653, DO-178C) and safety-critical software development- Experience in C/C++ and/or Ada and real-time operating systems (e.g., VxWorks)- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and deep learning techniques- Fluent English spoken and written- German is a plus Your partner:Orizon GmbH is your capable partner when it comes to standing out from the crowd on the labour market.
