Software Architect for Simulation Control Stations

Make it happenYOU... enjoy working closely with stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements define and architect the software foundation for simulation control stations, instructor operating stations and flight training debriefing stations create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using a custom GUI framework based on Qt/QML take responsibility for the overall technical structure - from organizing the codebase and defining interfaces to shaping how the software integrates with other systems design, develop, test and maintain software by writing clean, efficient and maintainable code, and follow software development best practices analyze and debug software issues and fix bugs proactively identify technical risks and challenges, and develop strategies to mitigate them actively contribute to agile ceremonies such as planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives take part in code reviews, helping to ensure high-quality, standards-compliant code ensure the software system design and architecture is scalable, maintainable and can be integrated with other systems support and mentor junior engineers, especially in the Qt/QML tech stack and the underlying architecture Be our forward thinker YOU... hold a degree in computer science or a similar field bring experience in software development, particularly in frontend/UI applications are skilled in designing and implementing complex software architectures in collaborative settings have strong expertise in C++ and the Qt/QML technology stack are familiar with modern DevOps pipelines, containerization, and agile development methods speak fluent English - and ideally, you also have very good German skills A home where people learn and thrive Permanent Employment Attractive Salary Mobile working in consultation Individual Trainings
