**Your Role**
- Provide business operational support for the use of 3D Experience in the area of aircraft design.
- Resolve end user tickets, re-route to other resolver groups if applicable, and offer at the desk support for end user if necessary.
- Feed the self-support system, i.e. provide standard answers and solutions in the data base, when identified as beneficial as well as raise JIRA tickets for any issues.
- Adjust manuals and training materials based on operational experience.
- Gather and recap feedback from end user regarding deficits or irritants and improvement ideas for the operational system as well as regular feedback on frequent issues and standard answers and solutions.

**Your Profile**
- Successfully completed bachelor’s or master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
- Initial work experience in the aerospace industry and understanding of aeronautical engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with VPM and CATIA as well as proficiency in using the 3D Experience platform, to effectively manage and design complex engineering projects.
- Fluent in German and preferably English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
