Ihre Aufgaben Unterstützung beim Rollout des EB-Prozesstemplates und der IT-Lösung in definierten Ländern Mitarbeit an neuen Projekten im Rahmen der Digitalisierung im Order Entry, einschließlich Prozessautomatisierung und Implementierung moderner IT-Lösungen Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Key-Usern, Projektteams und der GPM-Organisation Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers zu den lokalen Organisationen Veränderungsprozesse begleiten und Teams motivieren, ihre Arbeitsmethoden auf Basis von EB-Prozessvorlagen und digitalen Lösungen anzupassen Durchführung von Analysen (Business Readiness), Präsentation und Schulung des EB-Templates in IT-Lösungen sowie Leitung von SWTs und verschiedenen Tests Unterstützung in der Cutover- und Hypercare-Phase Unterstützung von GPO und BPE bei der Lösungsentwicklung für identifizierte Lücken (GAPs) Unterstützung des Change Managements, um lokale Key-User zu unterstützen, neue Lösung korrekt zu nutzen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Qualifikation als Industriefachwirt Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie souveränes Auftreten Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP (Modul SD / MM) Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv zu kooperieren und Einfluss zu nehmen Interkulturelle Kompetenz, Offenheit sowie Sensibilität und Respekt im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kulturen Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2) sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Erfahrung in Projekten, entweder als Teammitglied oder in leitender Rolle (Stream Lead)
