Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your worldResponsibilities:Supporting the rollout of the EB process template and IT solution in defined countriesCollaborating on new projects related to digitization in order entry, including process automation and implementation of modern IT solutionsWorking with local key users, project teams, and the GPM organizationEnsuring knowledge transfer to local organizationsAccompanying change processes and motivating teams to adapt their working methods based on EB process templates and digital solutionsPerforming analyses (business readiness), presenting and training on the EB template in IT solutions, and managing SWTs and various testsSupport in the cutover and hypercare phasesSupport GPO and BPE in developing solutions for identified gaps (GAPs)Support change management to help local key users use the new solution correctlyQualifications:Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with a degree in business administration or qualification as an industrial business administrator (f/m/d)Independent, structured way of working and confident mannerSound knowledge of SAP (SD/MM module)Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to cooperate effectively and exert influenceIntercultural competence, openness, sensitivity, and respect when dealing with different culturesFlexibility and willingness to travel internationallyVery good English skills (at least level B2)Experience in projects, either as a team member or in a leadership role (stream lead)
