Junior IT Consultant – Production

• Support and further development of production-related IT applications

• Analysis and handling of incidents and service requests in the production environment

• Collaboration with the build team to coordinate technical requirements and solutions

• Participation in testing, rollouts, and documentation of changes

• Support in optimizing existing processes and systems

• Communication with business units and external service providers

• Has skills developed through formal trai

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification

• Initial experience in the IT environment, ideally with production systems such as DNC, TDM, SAP S/4 PP, SAP ME, Tosca

• Basic knowledge of ITIL, software development, or system integration is an advantage

• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working

• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills

• Very good German and good English skills
