Therefore, we are set-up in individual Core Service Clusters and Growth Areas:LifeP/CSalesProductivityResilienceSustainabilityCentral Functions Department Description & Job Purpose As a part of Allianz Consulting, the practices areas "Germany Consulting" and “Sales & Distribution” focus to provide dedicated support especially for Germany-based & sales-oriented Allianz operating entities in planning and implementing their local key strategic projects. Additionally, our diverse AZ Consulting team actively drives a broad range of global Allianz initiatives across various sectors. As an intern, you will support one or several of our client's projects, together with other consultants. Further, you will be supporting Allianz Consulting internal tasks to drive its organizational processes & focus topics. Key responsibilities Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager/ Project Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem solving, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant responsibilitiesProvide consulting support to existing clients (e.g. Allianz Germany, Allianz SE) and gain access to an unparalleled range of opportunitiesPresent the result of your work to Partners and clientsGeneral contribution to our service offerings at Allianz Consulting Key requirementsEnrollment in University, or in a gap year University degree (at least Bachelor, e.g., International Business or Economics, or equivalent consulting-compatible degrees)Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks.
