Allianz Consulting has a reputation for focusing on growing its talent and on-the-job training from the very first day to ensure strong career development and preparation for future opportunities within the Allianz Group.We are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) in our Property and Casualty Consulting Team to join us on group-wide consulting projects across the whole insurance value chain.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them through project deliverablesExecute consulting projects for customers and provide guidance in a holistic context to make them a sustainable succesBuild and maintain customer relationships and stakeholder networks across our global organizationContribute to project deliverables and pitches under the guidance of an Engagement ManagerDevelop and follow up on ideas on possible future client needsLiaise and collaborate with group centers for Property and Casualty insuranceContribute to the internal development of Allianz Consulting with a focus on functional Property and Casualty insurance expertiseEnsure adequate development of self and colleagues via coaching, mentoring and training Key requirements / What we hope you bring: University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics or comparable qualificationMinimum 3 years work experience in the broader financial/insurance industry in an international environmenDemonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformationOverall insurance business experienceProduct knowledge of Property and Casualty productsProperty and Casualty knowledge either from Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims or Operations”Experience in creating strategies and conceptual plans to implement changesExperience in project management and implementationProficiency in written and spoken English LanguageStrong analytical and solution-focused approachWillingness to take ownershipAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and PPTExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of customer orientation and team spiritNice to haveGerman Language skillsExperience in reinsurance or structuring large (multinational) insurance programs and portfolio analysisExperience in an international work environmentStrong business capabilitiesData analytics capabilities We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.#LI-AC1 #AllianzServices Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
