About the Role We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Business Developer with C2-level German and a minimum of 2 years of experience in tech sales or business development. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth within the German-speaking market. This role requires a strong combination of commercial mindset, technical understanding, and consultative sales skills. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the German-speaking market Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, product presentation, negotiation, and closing Understand customer technical needs and propose tailored solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Account Management teams Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets Stay up to date with product developments and market trends Required Qualifications C2 level in German (spoken and written) Fluent in English (business level) Minimum 2 years of experience in tech sales, B2B sales, or business development Strong understanding of technical products or SaaS solutions Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach Nice to Have Experience in SaaS, Cloud, IT services, or digital solutions Previous experience working with the DACH market Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based commission Career growth opportunities in an international tech environment Ongoing sales and product training Collaborative and dynamic work culture Relocation support (if applicable) How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV in English
