As a Junior Sales Representative(German-Speaking) for the DACH region, you'll be part of SumUp's dynamic sales team, responsible for selling our complete multi-product ecosystem, from POS to business accounts and many more Software tools. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team, tackling challenges related to lead generation, sales, operations, logistics, customer experience, and marketing - all to drive the growth and success of our offerings in the European market.

**What you'll do**
- Offer great solutions to our customers' problems through a consultative sales approach.
- Build relationships with our customers as their initial point of contact and become an ambassador for SumUp by being friendly, caring, and proactive.
- Actively look for opportunities to improve our customer experience and drive initiatives to optimise our sales process.

**You'll be great for this position if**
- You're fluent in spoken and written German - conversational English is also necessary for the job.
- You're empathetic and can develop nourishing relationships with customers and team members.
- You're an active listener, and you intuitively identify your customers' needs.
- You're tech-savvy and eager to learn about our dynamic industry.
- You're excited to play a key role in achieving team goals.
