IT Service Manager

We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Digital Workplace Service Team in Krailling (remote working possible).This is a temporary employment for 2 years due to a parental leave replacement.At EOS, we're more than just a team; we're a community united by technology, where every action is a step towards meaningful change, and our independence is the cornerstone of our mission to make the world a better place for everyone.Your MissionYou manage and oversee the operation of digital workplace services, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.You act as a product owner, defining product vision, roadmaps, and growth opportunities for digital workplace tools and services as well as collaborating with our IT teams and business units to identify technology needs and prioritize demands based on strategic business goals.You develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, overseeing contract negotiations and managing service level agreements (SLAs) as well as proposing and tracking vendors success.As part of the IT Service Management, you implement best practices based on frameworks such as ITIL, following agreed procedures according to ITIL standards and identifying, registering, and categorizing incidents.You analyze metrics and user feedback to improve service delivery, monitor service delivery performance metrics with the help of ITSM tools and liaise with managers and customers to ensure that SLAs are not breached.You also engage with project management to confirm that developed products meet the service acceptance criteria and are adherent to the required standard, while feeding into the change management processes.Your TalentsCompleted studies in business informatics, computer science or similar areas, alternatively relevant vocational training with further qualificationSeveral years of experience in IT service management, demand management, or a related role in a digital workplace environmentExperience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment and expertise in deploying enterprise-level workplace technologiesUnderstanding of ITIL framework as well as broad experience with ITSM tools, e.g. ServiceNowKnowledge of regional and global IT market landscape and the respective customersProven track record in managing critical incidents and cross-functional, digital transformation projectsProficiency in written and spoken EnglishOur Benefits Flexible working time models, 30 days of vacationTravel allowance for public transport, job bike, parking spaces, charging facilities for electric vehiclesChildcare allowancePossibility of personal timeoutHealth & Fitness offerings, such as Wellhub, Tabata, or YogaCompany restaurantLearning & Development Opportunities (e.g. through our LMS)Corporate Benefits for employeesAre you in?We are looking forward to your application via our online system If you have any questions, feel free to contact Lea Seestaller via .
