Wir, EOS – Weltmarktführer für industriellen 3D-Druck, suchen dich als Unterstützung für unser Digital Workplace Team in Krailling.

Deine Mission

  • Du übernimmst den 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Desktop-, Laptop-, Mobile- und Peripheriegeräte und behebst Probleme in den Bereichen Hardware, Software, Betriebssysteme, Netzwerkverbindungen und Benutzerkonten.

  • Du richtest Computer, Telefone und zugehörige Geräte ein, konfigurierst und installierst sie.

  • Du verwaltest und dokumentierst Support-Tickets in unserem IT Service Management System (ServiceNow).

  • Du betreust und wartest Windows- und Mac-Systeme sowie Anwendungen, einschließlich Microsoft 365 und weiterer Unternehmenslösungen.

  • In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren globalen IT-Teams eskalierst und löst du komplexe technische Probleme.

  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt du beim Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden und stellst sicher, dass IT-Richtlinien, Standards und Sicherheitsvorgaben eingehalten werden.

Deine Talente

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support

  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365-Diensten

  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Lösungskompetenz

  • Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenständigkeit

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
