Workday Specialist (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Implementierungen in TeilzeitStellenbeschreibungMit dem People & Culture Team im Head Office der Motel One Group in München betreuen wir alle Hotels in 13 Ländern in sämtlichen personalstrategischen Bereichen – von Employer Branding über Talentmanagement bis hin zur Organisationsentwicklung.Als Workday Specialist (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Implementierungen unterstützen Sie den Ausbau unserer globalen HR-Systemlandschaft. Sie bringen Struktur in komplexe Anforderungen, arbeiten eng mit internationalen Stakeholdern zusammen und sorgen dafür, dass Workday-Prozesse sauber, compliant und nutzerfreundlich implementiert werden.
