Ideal candidates will have experience and quantifiable success in an advertising or media sales environment and experience in omnichannel digital marketing solutions.Role: Werkstudent - Creative Services Operations Localisation : Berlin, GermanyAs a Werkstudent - Creative Services Operations, you will:- Support the account management team in delivering best-in-class service to clients.- Assist in the creation, localization, and optimization of digital ad creatives, with a focus on the German market.- Help onboard new partners onto the Shuttlerock platform and provide ongoing support.- Support the coordination with creative and production teams to ensure projects meet client brand guidelines and are delivered on time.- Prepare client-facing materials including presentations, reports, and creative proposals.- Conduct research on creative trends, industry best practices, and competitor campaigns.- Track and update project progress using tools such as Slack, Trello, and Hubspot.- Support client needs by helping to source and coordinate with creators (e.g., influencers, UGC partners, or content contributors)Ideal capabilities & experience:Language Skills: Native-level German (spoken and written) and fluent English (additional French a plus).Education: Currently enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field.Skills & Competencies:- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.- Interest in advertising, digital marketing, and creative production.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.- Ability to translate client/agency requirements into actionable creative briefs.- Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google), or video production.
