VERY SPANNEND FÜR DICH. Ganzheitliches, vielfältiges Projektmanagement.  In dieser Rolle leitest du Projekte im Bereich Industrial Goods (IG) und führst ein engagiertes Team. Du betreust branchenführende Kundenportfolios im In- und Ausland und bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Optimierung der Supply Chain und des strategischen Einkaufs. Dazu gehören die Analyse und Verbesserung von Beschaffungsstrategien, die Optimierung der Kostenstrukturen sowie die Implementierung von Best Practices und deren Anpassung an branchenspezifische Anforderungen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit namhaften Kunden, beispielsweise Weltmarktführern aus Maschinen- und Anlagenbau sowie der Prozessindustrie zusammen und zeigst dein unternehmerisches Talent im Projektcontrolling, sowie bei der Kundenakquise. Intensive Kundenberatung. Du managst verschiedene externe und interne Stakeholder und arbeitest eng mit zentralen Ansprechpartnern bei unseren Kunden und BCG zusammen. Zudem führst du gemeinsam mit deinem Team Workshops und Verhandlungen durch und präsentierst die Ergebnisse vor Kunden. Spezifische Weiterentwicklung.  Mit deiner fachlichen Expertise treibst du den internen Wissensaufbau in unserer größten Practice Area IG voran. Als Mitglied des INVERTO Führungskreises und des Leadership Teams innerhalb der Practice Area IG hast du zudem die Möglichkeit, die Entwicklung des gesamten Unternehmens mitzugestalten und notwendige Impulse zu geben. VERY WICHTIG FÜR UNS. Studium mit überdurchschnittlichem Abschluss und 4-8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Industrie und/ oder Beratung sowie Leidenschaft für strategische und operative Arbeit. Umfangreiche Expertise im strategischen Einkauf bzw. Projekteinkauf und/ oder z.B. in den Bereichen Automotive & Mobility, Greentech & Engineered Products, Transport, Cities & Infrastructure.  Du bringst wertvolle Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit und hast bereits Teams fachlich und menschlich mit Leidenschaft geführt. Zudem verstehst du es, Kunden und Stakeholder effektiv zu betreuen und zu unterstützen, um unsere IG Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen. Deine analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten hast du bereits auf Managementebene bewiesen. Souveränes Auftreten in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld sind für uns genauso wichtig wie Flexibilität, Mobilität und verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch. Very INVERTO: Teamspirit.
