Senior Project Manager, DusseldorfThe Resolute Group are working with an international construction, engineering, and architecture office based in Dusseldorf, who work across building construction. Specifically involved in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.Location: DusseldorfSalary: €80,000 - €100,000 + package / benefits / company car + fuel card (experience dependent) Job Description: The Resolute Group are glad to represent an expanding international company, who are looking for an experienced Project Manager.This company was has multiple offices across Europe, and over 500 employees spread across this region. With expertise across design and build projects, you will be joining an ambitious and hardworking team, who prioritise a quality driven approach.For this role, you will be required to travel nationwide throughout Germany. Thus, you must be comfortable and flexible for consistent travel to be on site.Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:Technical and organizational responsibility for the projectReview the fundamentals of the construction project and instruct the construction management accordingly, as well as coordinate and support the construction management in the implementation of the construction projectThe project manager is responsible for the technical and organizational responsibility for the construction managementParticipate in and moderate negotiations and meetings with clients and subcontractors, as well as serve as the first point of contact for the clientResponsibility for compliance with the contractually agreed specifications and quality standards, as well as all legal requirementsResponsible for the implementation of all deadlines and adherence to the agreed schedule, as well as for the implementation of all agreed milestones and the organization of final acceptanceReview of the cost estimateOverview of the total costs and ensuring compliance with the budgetQualifications & Experience Required:Education: Civil Engineer / Architect degree7+ years professional experience working across construction management and / or project managementProjects will be nationwide so they need to be comfortable with travelling across GermanyGerman C1 and English C1PLEASE NOTE:German is a must for this role.
