And we are looking for talented professionals to join us in this journeyWe are seeking a talented engineering leader to play a pivotal role in the engineering operations of Lalamove a Team Lead/Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end engineering operations support and development activities for the Lalamove EU market. Your success in this role will depend on your close collaboration with various Engineering teams, local operations, product managers, and infrastructure teams.You will lead the local EU engineering team, including external consultants, to provide comprehensive technical support for our EU operations and contribute to application and monitoring functionality development. This position requires alignment with the Engineering team at HQ for resource planning, task management, and execution. A hands-on approach to solving technical issues related to the EU data center and operations is essential.What you'll do:Lead a highly efficient local team to deliver end-to-end technical support for EU operations.Develop and nurture a diverse team that aligns with local business needs and the HQ engineering roadmap.Manage team resources and personnel, including:Optimizing resource planning and allocation.Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising team members.Foster a collaborative and self-organizing work environment.Work closely with Senior Management, local operations, and product management to anticipate operational support and capacity requirements.Promote a culture of high quality and performance.Drive continuous process improvements.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring an engineering team.Strong hands-on background in engineering and operational support.Proven ability to collaborate with senior management, local operations, and product management to ensure alignment with technical vision and smooth operational support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.To all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.This Notice will inform you how we will use your personal data, explain your privacy rights and the protection you have by the law when you apply to join us.
