Bist du ein leidenschaftlicher Software Engineer (m/w/d) mit Führungskompetenz und einer Begeisterung für agile Entwicklung? Möchtest du ein talentiertes Team von Entwickler:innen in Scrum-Teams leiten und dabei eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und technischen Exzellenz fördern? Dann suchen wir genau dich als Software Engineering Lead (m/w/d) In dieser Schlüsselrolle hast du die Möglichkeit, die technische Strategie deines Teams maßgeblich zu beeinflussen und gemeinsam innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.  

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du führst ein Team von Entwickler:innen in agilen Scrum-Teams und schaffst eine Kultur der Zusammenarbeit, Sicherheit, Innovation und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
  • Du förderst die technische Exzellenz und Zusammenarbeit sowohl innerhalb als auch zwischen den Teams, indem du Coaching und Mentoring für deine Teammitglieder anbietest.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Product Owner:innen zusammen, um Anforderungen zu priorisieren und deren Umsetzung zu gewährleisten.
  • Du begleitest dein Team im gesamten Software-Development-Lifecycle: von der Anforderung über Design und Architektur bis hin zu Entwicklung, Test und Betrieb.
  • Du unterstützt bei Architekturentscheidungen und gestaltest die technische Strategie, um effektive und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Personalprozesse wie Recruiting, Feedbackgespräche und die Karriereentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder.

Dein Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem ähnlichen Fach sowie erste Führungserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung.Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Programmiersprachen (z. B. Java, JavaScript, SQL) und mit agilen Arbeitsweisen.Analytischer Ansatz zur effektiven Lösung technischer Probleme und klare Kommunikation komplexer Konzepte.Starke Führungs-, Entscheidungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in der deutschen und englischen Sprache (verhandlungssicher).
