Our ambition is to build a new global champion in food ingredients.At Planet A Foods, you’ll join a bold, highly committed, international team of scientists, engineers, operators, and industry experts united by one goal: creating real, measurable planetary impact.As Head of People & Culture, you will define and scale the people strategy that supports our growth from 70 employees across three countries to more than 100 people worldwide. You will play a critical role in building Planet A Foods into a multi-billion-dollar business, while helping to avoid millions of tons of CO₂ emissions.You will report directly to the founders and be a core member of the leadership team, working closely with the C-level. Together, you will shape organizational design, leadership development, compensation and rewards, performance management, and overall workforce effectiveness.This is a true build role.
