Your Tasks and Responsibilities- Develop and execute the marketing strategy in alignment with BD goals; directly reporting into the Global Head of Marketing and BD.
- Lead Generation: Plan and optimize digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid media) and drive lead nurturing with BD.
- Build customer awareness and brand authority through whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and PR.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (website, social, events).
- Further develop the website to generate leads and improve SEO.
- Ensure effective use of SalesForce and HubSpot (scoring, workflows, dashboards).
- Lead one internal direct report and manage external partners (agencies and freelancers)
- Track key KPIs (MQLs, SQL conversion, ROI, traffic, webinar participants) and provide insights to leadership and BD
- Background: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Life Sciences – with proven experience in digital B2B marketing for biotech, pharma, or related industries.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience in the service industry with multi-channel campaigns, CRM management, and lead generation, ideally with HubSpot.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HubSpot CRM and familiar with CMS platforms such as Framer or similar tools.
- Collaboration & Vendor Management: Experienced in working with internal stakeholders and managing external providers or agencies.
- Language & Work Style: Excellent English skills; data-driven, proactive, and able to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. German is a bonus.
