Meine Aufgaben: Ich übernehme die fachliche Führung und gestalte aktiv das Design und Engineering der Struktur unserer Offshore-Plattform, Dabei spiele ich eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Überprüfung und Validierung des Entwurfs der Topside, des Jackets und der Fundamentstruktur, Meine Expertise setze ich ein, um die Dokumentation des EPCI-Auftragnehmers zu überprüfen und sicherzustellen, dass alles unseren hohen Standards entspricht, Unterstützung unseres engagierten Projektteams in den Bereichen Termin-, Qualitäts- und Kostenmanagement, Ich berichte direkt an den*die "Projektleiter*in Offshore-Plattform" und trage maßgeblich zur Entscheidungsfindung bei, Zudem erstelle ich aussagekräftige Projektdokumentationen und trage dazu bei, unsere Projekte stetig zu verbessern, Die Bautätigkeiten vor Ort werden von mir überwacht, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Arbeiten unseren Qualitätsansprüchen genügen, Ich entwickle technische Spezifikationen und bewerte Ausschreibungsunterlagen kritisch. Mein Beitrag zu unserem Team: Teilnahme an internen und externen Arbeitsgruppen und Gremien, Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Aktualisierung unserer technischen Richtlinien, Engagement im Standardisierungsprozess von 50Hertz. Mein Profil: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Schiffstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich, Umfassende Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Realisierung von HV-Offshore-Plattformprojekten, insbesondere im Bereich Plattformstruktur, Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung und Zertifizierung von Offshore-Anlagen, Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (C1) und gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1), Versierter Umgang mit IT-Systemen wie MS Office und SAP Hana, Sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsstärke und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
