This means that you will play a pivotal part in making this happen within the construction and manufacturing sectors. Join us to help grow a business that plays a key role in delivering a zero-carbon future for us all.You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and understanding customer needs to help them find solutions that ensure their success with our software. We help businesses create value by using science-based and robust metrics to quantify and improve environmental performance.This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Europe.What you will do:Liaise with prospective clients to understand how their business needs can be solved and develop quotes for our solutions to bring on board new customers.Support existing customers by hosting specialist training sessions on LCAs and EPDs, and undertaking projects as required.Develop a strong understanding of the One Click LCA platform and its value for manufacturers.Educate prospects and customers on the value of EPDs, LCA tools, and low-carbon products.Keep up to date on developments around LCA and EPD standards, PCRs and practices.Increase One Click LCA’s presence in the DACH manufacturing ecosystem by attending relevant industry events, trade fairs, and developing partnerships with industry associationsWork with the marketing teams to localise key content for the local regions.Work with the product teams to improve the tools for the respective market.What you need:We are seeking someone with a proactive, hunter mentality in sales.Preferably 2+ years of commercial B2B Sales experience with a successful track record of growth and acquiring new clients.Motivation to help others succeed and to find solutions to overcome their obstacles.Fast learning skills and a desire to constantly improve.Degree or close to a degree in the construction industry, LCA, building sustainability or related area.Customer- and results-oriented attitude.Very good listening skills and ability to see the situation from a prospect’s/client’s perspective.Positive approach to business and learning, allowing you to learn what works and what does not.Ability to apply and learn structured SaaS sales methodologies in day-to-day sales activities (MEDDIC, BANT, Challenger sales etc.)Hands-on attitude and a drive to get things done.Proficiency in English, as it is our working language, and proficiency in German due to the region you will cover.What we offer:Work in a growing business that helps bring about a zero-carbon futureSubstantial freedom, with no fixed hours and remote working supportedChallenges, substantial responsibility and the chance to see the results of your work directlyCompetitive compensation and opportunity for professional developmentA dynamic, friendly, motivated and diverse team of top-notch professionalsGreat colleagues, social events and ability to contribute to market transformationReady to make an impact?If you want to use your commercial skills to drive change and help companies transition to fact-based sustainability, we look forward to your application by 23 January 2026.Learn more about us at www.oneclicklca.com.
