And if that’s you we would love to have you join usJob DescriptionThe benefits team is a part of the Global Total Rewards function within HR and is necessary in supporting the attraction, and retention of company talents. You will support strategic development, implementation and maintenance of our benefit programmes including retirement plans, life and disability insurance, medical insurance, flexible benefits and wellbeing programmes.You will report to the EMEA regional benefits manager.Your Responsibilities:Participate in the strategic development of benefits, retirement and wellbeing strategy.Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and your partners to ensure that all plans are compliant with regulations and company policies.Lead implementation and project manage implementation of new programmes and plan design changes.Analyse programme use, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of existing programmes.Help develop all benefits, retirement and wellbeing communicationsGood literacy skills (grammar, spelling, ability to proofread).Understanding of communication strategy: messaging, style, branding, tactics.Organise and present content logically, and ensure completeness of content, maintaining documents to keep current.Ensure familiarity with company procedures.
