Your opportunity at an international company in the pharmaceutical industry Our client, a specialist in healthcare focused on the development of medical, pharmaceutical, and technical products, is expanding its team in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe and is looking to hire you as a Project Manager (m/f/d) Product Development Food full-time, starting immediately.   Attractive salary Permanent employment contract 2-3 days home office   Apply now through our online form as Project Manager (m/f/d) Product Development Food Your responsibilities Provide program-level oversight, including reporting, planning, tracking, and visualization to assist the program lead Lead cross-functional and multi-regional project teams from feasibility to project completion Plan and monitor project timelines, costs, and resources, focusing on achieving project objectives Identify, manage, and report project risks, including developing scenario plans for key risks on the critical path Consolidate project status updates for portfolio analysis, including deviation analysis, KPI tracking, financial forecasts, and the annual budget process Ensure high data quality in Project Management tools to support portfolio analysis and reporting Represent the project team in key project status meetings with Management and other internal stakeholders, driving decision-making in those meetings Qualifications and skills Minimum of 2 years' experience managing product development projects, ideally within enteral/clinical nutrition or FMCG (preferably food) at a global level, with a focus exclusively on product development and food development projects Degree in Natural Sciences (preferably nutritional science), food engineering, food technology, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, IPMA level C) or in agile methodologies is beneficial Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Copilot, Planner) Work in an international team Fluent in English (business level), German language skills are a plus, but not required Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planisware) is advantageous What you can expect Permanent employment contract 2-3 days home office Attractive compensation, including additional payments such as holiday and Christmas bonuses International team Structured and comprehensive onboarding for your new role Personal support Access to exclusive employee discounts through our partner programs Insights into large, international companies Contact Your point of contact for this position Eirini Chrysafidou HR Consultant 069-13872922 eirini.chrysafidou@permacon.de Permacon GmbH Mainzer Landstraße 181 60327 Frankfurt
