Your missionOwn and secure our Microsoft system landscape: Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, Microsoft 365, Defender for EndpointImplement and maintain scalable security policies (MFA, conditional access, encryption, RBAC)Manage user roles, group policies, and access controls across the organizationContinuously harden our Microsoft and server environments (Windows, Linux, macOS) against threatsSecure endpoints and mobile devices with patching, monitoring, and compliance toolsSupport incident response, troubleshoot security events, and prevent recurrenceContribute to ISO 27001, BSI, and NIS2 compliance with lean, practical solutions Your profileDegree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experienceProven experience as a Microsoft System Administrator in a fast-paced or security-critical environmentStrong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administrationDeep understanding of access control models, least-privilege principles, and MFA/2FA solutionsPractical experience with security tools: Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, encryptionFamiliarity with ISO 27001, BSI, and classified communication standards (VSFD)Certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, AZ-500, MS-500 are highly valuedCitizenship of a NATO member state or close ally (mandatory for clearance)Successful candidates will be required to obtain security clearanceMETAIntrinsic motivation, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving mindsetCombines structured and systematic work with creativity in finding solutionsHumble and collaborative — puts team outcomes ahead of individual recognitionHigh ethical standards and a disciplined work ethicExtra-curricular leadership or achievements are a bonus Why us?Do you feel that you fit the description, but don't think you fulfill all the criteria 100%?
