Our technology shows large enterprises where applications drain training and support resources, then delivers AI assistance that reduces costs and helps people get work done.The roleOwn field marketing and customer storytelling for Userlane. Build pipeline through targeted events with organizations in healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services where software adoption is mission-critical. You'll set the event strategy, run events, and turn customer success into video case studies and social content that drives brand reach and pipeline.Your missionBuild and execute the customer and field marketing strategy at Userlane.Build customer advocacy, community, and communications.Manage external vendors (e.g., creative and suppliers)Run weekly events - both booths at third-party conferences and small hosted events (breakfasts, dinners, partner events).Create video case studies and transform customer stories into LinkedIn content that sales teams share and prospects engage with.Coordinate internal stakeholders for webinars, product launches, and events.Track event performance and double down on what drives pipeline.Your profile5-8 years in field marketing or events for B2B software companies.You've run dozens of targeted events that generated qualified leads.You've produced video case studies that Sales actually uses.You know how to turn customer success into LinkedIn content that expands reach.You've built customer advocacy or community programs.You've worked with enterprise buyers in healthcare, manufacturing, or financial services.You effectively manage vendors and coordinate cross-functional teams.You use AI tools to work faster and smarter.You speak German and English fluently.This role is for you ifYou love to create events that people are excited about and look forward to.You get customers comfortable on camera and extract great stories.You figure out what works and do more of it.You work on software that matters to more than just efficiency.What's in for youTeam & Culture: A high-performance culture with world-class leadership and a fun, engaged, motivated, and diverse team with people from over 20 countries.Market: Userlane is among the global leaders in the young and rapidly growing Digital Adoption industry.Growth: We take you and your development seriously.
