We expect a lot from one another and value our thoughtful and intellectually curious company culture.As a business developer, you are responsible for building brand partnerships with new or existing advertisers. You will be responsible for creating new European partnerships, building senior level relationships and for growing the direct business in the EMEA region. You will be reporting to the Head of Brand Partnerships for EMEA and jointly work on strategic planning and growth.We’re a fast-growing team with our HQ in Stockholm. Are you ready for an exciting journey in the EMEA market?ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding and communicating how Channel Factory’s products will assist clients in reaching their marketing goalsIdentify and qualify opportunities leveraging your own creativity, inbound lead flow, personal prospecting efforts, contacts, existing accounts and partners.Work on a verticalised go to market strategy and focus.Approach the role with a growth-oriented, learning, entrepreneurial mindset.Managing Brand partnerships with local sales and CSM teams from start to finish. Including overarching contracts, strategy, brief response, media plan creation, execution, reporting and invoicingOwning and incrementally growing a book of business by focusing on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfactionRegular travel to visit top tier advertisers in the EMEA regionCreating and maintaining short and long-term Account Plans for each designated accountResponding to all client requests with urgency by using knowledge and understanding of all internal systemsInternal communication around partnerships, contract structures and planningExpanding relationships through regular client communication to build and maintain deep-level partnershipsActively up selling and renewing existing clientsWorking side by side with local Sales teams to expand the business, provide brief responses and help with ad-hoc client requestsWork with sales teams to educate clients post-sales about Channel Factory’s offering for both managed and self-service products; working with external partners to provide best solutions for the clientUsing Salesforce to help with forecasting and to track/manage opportunitiesMaintaining and updating proficiencies in the video marketing spaceRequirementsRequirements & Qualifications10+ years of proven hands-on experience at a tech publisher, digital media companies or digital media agency in sales, product and/or business development or similarA Senior Network at top tier advertisers in the EMEA region.Effective experience in media buying on a bidding model e.g., DBM, DSP, PMD, Programmatic platforms, and/or management of campaigns in various dashboards highly preferredHave strong communication skills; verbal, written, interpersonal and (group) presentationThrive as a presenter and be passionate about salesAdvanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a mustClient facing experience working with both advertisers and their agenciesAble to help develop and set best practices and help train other team members to stay competitive in an ever-changing digital landscapeStrategy savvy in everything from planning to pricing campaignsAble to effectively prioritise and work with little to no supervisionHighly organised and detail oriented professionalA collaborative individual who can work both in a team and independentlyDriven and determined to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital worldSalesforce platform experience is very helpfulGoogle Ads or YouTube certified, Meta and/or TikTok knowledge are a plusStrategic capabilities and vision, happy to work on strategy and share an opinionAble to lead discussions with senior partnersGreat presenter and comfortable presenting to bigger groups of peopleInterest in YouTube as a medium is a big plusDigital and/or ad-tech background, measurement knowledge and or background is a preBenefitsAllowances Wellness: €400 per year Phone contract Phone caseNew IphoneNew MacbookAnnual Leave 30 Days per year Moving days: 2 days per occasion Own wedding: 1 day Own 20th, 30th, 40th, 50th & 60th birthday: 1 day Other Benefits Health checks: Every 3rd year Eye exam Working glasses Bereavement leave: Up to 4 days Charity work: 2 days per year Parental leave: 70% of base salary reimbursement for 18 weeks (all new parents) Work from abroad benefit: one week a year after 2 years of employment
