Who we are looking forWe’re looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development professional to expand our demand-side partnerships across the German market. If you love working with agencies and clients, thrive on closing deals, and have a strong network in the media industry, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. We’re seeking someone proactive, strategic, and excited to grow with us.Your mission Build and grow relationships with agencies and media buyers in Germany Develop and close new business opportunities by pitching our demand-side solutions Keep your CRM pipeline organized, current, and transparent Attend industry events and client meetings to strengthen partnerships and visibility Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success Requirements 3+ years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the advertising industry An existing network of agency or media buyer contacts Strong organizational skills and experience using a CRM to manage pipelines A “hunter” mentality: ambitious, proactive, and focused on results A confident and outgoing personality with a passion for networking Proficient communication skills in both German and English ( In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, media buying, and agency workflows Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, and other AdTech solutions Benefits A compelling & competitive salary, plus an attractive bonus scheme A key role in shaping our demand-side strategy in the German market Flat hierarchies and quick, joint decision-making A dynamic, international team and a supportive, open culture Equal Opportunity EmployerConnectAd is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
