WAS DU BEI UNS BEWEGST Gestaltung & Verantwortung: Du übernimmst unser neues Loyalty-Programm McFIT+ und entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter – mit viel Raum für deine Ideen und direktem Einfluss auf die Member Experience. Kampagnenmanagement entlang der Customer Journey: Du konzipierst Loyalty-Mechaniken, definierst Punkte- und Level-Logiken und setzt diese eigenständig in Talon.One um. Analyse & Optimierung: Du steuerst Kampagnen mit Blick auf Engagement, Churn und ROI und entwickelst datenbasierte Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung. Operative Verantwortung: Von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung – du bist Allrounder für die gesamte Loyalty-Experience. Schnittstellenarbeit: Gemeinsam mit Marketing, Digital, Business Intelligence und externen Partnern stellst du sicher, dass das Programm wächst und für unsere Mitglieder*innen echten Mehrwert bietet. WAS UNS ÜBERZEUGT Loyalty-Background: Du bringst Erfahrung im Loyalty-/CRM- oder Lifecycle-Marketing, idealerweise mit Verantwortung für Programme oder Kampagnen mit. Hands-on Skills: Du bist versiert mit Loyalty-Software (z. B. Talon.One oder vergleichbaren Systemen) und hast Freude daran, Mechaniken selbst einzustellen und weiterzuentwickeln. Analytische Stärke: Du kombinierst Kreativität mit Zahlenverständnis und steuerst Erfolg anhand relevanter KPIs (Engagement, Umsatz, Churn-Reduktion). Allrounder-Mindset: Du fühlst dich wohl in einer Rolle, in der du strategisch denkst, aber auch operativ selbst umsetzt – mit direktem Impact statt Konzernstrukturen. Kommunikation & Ownership: Du überzeugst durch klare Kommunikation, Eigenverantwortung und die Fähigkeit, Stakeholder für deine Ideen zu begeistern. Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
