Program Manager (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate)

Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Program Manager (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate)
to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various programs, ensuring they align with company goals and are delivered successfully. You will work closely with senior program managers, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the program, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, are managed efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include helping define program goals, tracking progress, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that risks are identified and managed. You will also assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership, helping them stay informed about program status and key milestones. This role provides a great opportunity to learn about program management processes and develop essential skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • A basic understanding of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a strong team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and track project milestones.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the program management field.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
