What You´ll Do Shape the Future: Identify and define IT opportunities that drive real business value across BENELUX and Eastern Europe.Be the Trusted Advisor: Partner with stakeholders to turn business needs into smart, scalable solutions — from concept to implementation.Drive Service Excellence: Coordinate and align internal and external IT services with business priorities, ensuring reliability and value.Foster Innovation: Stay on top of digital trends, explore emerging technologies, and bring forward new ideas that improve how we work.Measure What Matters: Track performance, improve service quality, and ensure every IT investment delivers measurable business results.Travel Requirement: Maintain strong stakeholder relationships by traveling to customer locations across BENELUX and Eastern Europe as needed. What We’re Looking ForA Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Business Partner, Business Analyst, IT Project Manager).Strong understanding of core business processes (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.).Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you can engage audiences from shop floor to C-suite.A client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.A self-starter attitude with a passion for results.Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
