Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent English skills (C1, written & spoken). Strong leadership and coaching abilities with proven success in managing Quality teams. Proficiency in MS Office and Quality Management tools. Ability to work full-time on-site in Berlin (no remote/hybrid). Aufgaben Lead and develop a team of Quality Analysts supporting sales programs across multiple lines of business. Ensure accurate evaluation of sales transactions and deliver clear insights to improve performance. Partner with business leaders to implement action plans and drive process improvements. Monitor team metrics, audits, and compliance with quality standards. Coach, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
