The Role Quality Business Consulting at Veeva is a unique group fusing strategy and operations with data and technology. Establishing a leading Quality consulting practice is a strategic priority for Veeva, with high visibility within the company and to leaders of the wider Life Sciences industry.As an Engagement Manager, you will manage complex and novel consulting projects for Veeva customers in the Quality space – managing teams and planning, organizing, and tracking all aspects of delivery. You will support building our brand in the market, developing our customer network, and identifying and acquiring new projects to support our customers.What You'll DoLead multiple project engagement teams – empowering the team to plan and manage all aspects of deliveryBe responsible for the end-to-end design, build, and delivery to meet overall project goals and objectivesProactively lead business development opportunities - identify and generate potential new projects, clarify customers' challenges and needs, be able to develop a compelling, differentiated proposal to solve these issues and win new workBe the Quality consulting lead on one or more of our strategic accountsBring clients an excellent level of industry, market, and functional insight, including an understanding of Quality-specific challengesBuild a strong and trusted relationship with customers, serving as a primary contact for strategic and tactical questionsDevelop and disseminate thought leadership and campaigns that differentiate Veeva Quality Consulting in the marketRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree and excellent academic record8+ years of consulting experience in an established strategic/management consulting organizationGood understanding and deep interest in pharmaceutical or MedTech Quality, having delivered consulting engagements in one or more of the following areas: Quality, Manufacturing, Supply ChainDemonstrated leadership of consulting teams in the delivery of complex project outputsHighly efficient project management skillsCredibility and experience in operating and engaging at senior levels with key Life Sciences customersProven track record of developing new, high-impact customer engagementsDeep understanding of Quality processes and systemsAbility to travel roughly up to 25%; this can vary depending on engagementNice to HavePost-graduate-level qualification, Ph.D., MD, and/or MBANetwork in Top 20 Life Science companiesExperience with digital technologies – platforms, channels, analytics tools, apps, emerging technologyExperience working with SaaS solutionsExperience with digital technologies – platforms, channels, analytics tools, apps, emerging tech, etc.Good understanding of Veeva’s broader platforms and solutions, and how these can be leveraged and enhanced by Quality consulting servicesVeeva certified on any of our relevant Quality products#RemoteGermany
