Our team of 100+ people aims high (Coca-Cola, we're coming for you).About the PositionHOLY is growing fast: with new product launches, expanding retail partnerships, and an ever-increasing customer base driving demand across all channels.To keep pace with this momentum, we’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to make sure every order reaches our customers fast, accurately, and without friction. You’ll manage daily collaboration with our 3PL partners, oversee order fulfillment and inventory flow, and turn data into insights that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.This role is highly operational and hands-on — you’ will be the person who spots a problem and fixes it before anyone else notices.3PL Partnership & Operations OversightAct as primary contact for our fulfillment partners, ensuring SLA adherence and daily operational stability.Escalate and resolve deviations in speed, accuracy, or cost efficiency swiftly.Identify recurring issues, propose structured improvements, and track implementation progress.Order & Inventory ManagementOversee order processing and replenishment to ensure on-time, error-free fulfillment.Monitor stock accuracy and coordinate with Supply Chain to prevent stockouts or overstock.Maintain precise system synchronization across warehouses and sales channels.Performance Analysis & ReportingTrack key logistics KPIs (delivery accuracy, on-time rate, cost per shipment, pick errors) and turn them into actionable insights.Prepare clear, regular performance reports for internal visibility and decision making.Maintain and update SOPs to reflect best practices and process changes.Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as the communication bridge between Logistics, Customer Service, Retail, Procurement and E-Commerce.Lead root-cause investigations and coordinate quick resolutions to protect customer experience.Keep all stakeholders informed of critical operational updates or risks.About YouCore Mindset & Qualities:Strong systems thinking — understanding how processes connect from warehouse to customer experience.Ownership mentality: fixing problems first, discussing them later, and caring deeply about results and reliability.Bias for action when operations get stuck, making decisive moves and finding pragmatic solutions on the spot.Analytical yet hands-on — comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards, but also ready to pick up the phone to solve a shipment issue.Clear, calm, and precise communication — especially under pressure.Passion for continuous improvement: simplifying workflows, eliminating errors, and making operations run faster and cleaner.Team player who thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability environments — comfortable in "organized chaos".Experience & Expertise:1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain coordination in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (experience with 3PL partners is a strong plus)Proven track record of managing daily processes reliably and resolving issues fastStrong organizational skills and bias for action — you get things doneComfort with Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (e.g. Odoo or equivalent)Fluent in English and GermanBased in Berlin or willing to relocateOur OfferingIn today's job market, A-players have many options to choose from.
