Expert Substrate Equipment Operations and Maintenance

What to expect: E2E Lifecycle Management: Leading and coordinating technical assessment/selection, implementation, integration, commissioning, fine-tuning, and maintenance of substrate modules and relevant equipment Management of the Substrate Equipment Team: Building a team structure, imparting skills, and sustainably increasing competitiveness in equipment technology Technology Assessments and Planning of Relevant Manufacturing Equipment: Preparing key technology and building know-how in core equipment technology Responsibility: Handling equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacement through second sources to improve overall efficiency, stability, and throughput, and solving critical technical issues is in your hands What you bring along: Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a comparable course within the semiconductor industry At least 12 years of experience in the introduction or development of substrate equipment for semiconductors Practical experience in the introduction or production of SiC products in fabs is required Familiarity with the substrate equipment of the industry and device construction architecture Ability to independently conduct conversions and improvements on equipment, perform analyses, and develop solutions for deviations in online machines and products Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing with wafer substrate equipment (ingot thinning, laser ablation, wafer thinning and cleaning, etc.) and experience in mass production of semiconductor technology is advantageous Your enthusiasm and assertiveness make it easy for you to train new employees and support your team in achieving goals.
