What to expect: E2E Lifecycle Management: Leading and coordinating the technical evaluation/selection, introduction, integration, commissioning, fine-tuning, and maintenance of test modules and relevant devices Management of the Test Equipment Team: Building a team structure, imparting skills, and sustainably increasing competitiveness in device technology Technology Evaluations and Planning of Relevant Manufacturing Equipment: Preparing key technology and building know-how in the core technology of the equipment Responsibility: The responsibility for device upgrades, modifications, or replacement with secondary sources to improve comprehensive competence in terms of efficiency, stability, and throughput, as well as solving important technical problems, lies in your hands What you bring along: Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a comparable course within the semiconductor industry At least 12 years of experience in the introduction or development of test equipment for semiconductors Practical experience in the introduction or production of SiC and silicon products in fabs is an advantage Familiarity with test equipment suppliers and device construction architecture Ability to independently carry out transformations and improvements on devices and conduct independent analyses as well as develop solutions for deviations in online machines and products Good knowledge in the field of test equipment for semiconductor wafers (ATE testers, sorters, and test stations) and experience in the mass production of semiconductor technology is an advantage Enthusiasm and assertiveness make it easy for you to train new employees and support your team in achieving goals Experience in team development and technical work leadership is an advantage Your hands-on mentality and open attitude towards intercultural working environments make it easy for you to adapt quickly to new environments In addition to excellent communication and presentation skills in English, knowledge of German and/or Chinese is an additional advantage Flexibility and openness to international business trips or delegations complete your profile What we offer: Responsible Tasks Flexible working hours Networking throughout the group Attractive compensation Team-oriented work Responsible Tasks Flexible working hours Networking throughout the group Attractive compensation Team-oriented work
