Job DescriptionJoin our German Field Sales team as a Key Account Manager – Softgoods (W/M), based in Garching (Munich area) You’ll manage national buying groups and our largest omni-channel customer, driving success in the Softgoods category (Footwear, Bags, and Apparel).Do you have experience managing key accounts?Are you passionate about outdoor sports and lifestyle?Do you bring knowledge of the footwear industry?Are you willing to travel to meet customers and partners all around Germany?If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from youYour missions :JBP Category lead SoftgoodsOwns the category within the JBP and develop Sales&Mkt strategies to gain MSArticulates the product needs of the customer, based on the CVA (assortment brief) and accounts strategyStrong connection with key decison makers, buying teams, merchandisers and MKTSeasonal Commercial Plan​​​​​​Provides accurate pre-season FCST´sWorks closely with merchandising team to deliver against JBPOrder Book and FinancialsOrderbook management and financial forecasting on a quarterly baseSell Thru Activities/Brand PresenceResponsible for managing sell-through acitivities together with MKT, monitoring the execution of seasonal sales prorams and drives corrective actionsEnsures exceptional brand presence within the account key doors & onlineRegular store visits (key doors) to gather competitor and market insightsBuying groupsCreates wining assortments in alignment with Merchandizing teamPresents assortment to BG Category lead team and buying comiteeShares results with the Field sales team to prepare for upcoming sell-inQualificationsEssential Skills & Experience : 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the sports or footwear marketStrong selling, negotiation, and analytical skillsAbility to build and maintain long-term commercial relationships based on trust, shared goals, and a winning mindsetEssential CompetenciesMarket Knowledge: You anticipate emerging trends, understand their impact on customers, and identify new customer groups. You also keep an eye on competitors, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses.Communication: You adapt your style to different audiences with strong emotional intelligence, picking up on cues and responding effectively.Drive for Results: You go above and beyond expectations, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and deliver outstanding outcomes.Desired QualificationsIT: MS Office Suite, good knowledge of excel in order to manage big data files. Able to create own reportingLanguages: German; native speaker & English; proficientAdditional InformationContract : Full time permanentJob based : Garching office ( Munich area) Mobility : : Willingsness to travel (30%) to our HQ in France and to stakeholders across Germany
