Responsibilities Assist in project management activities and support change management initiatives. Contribute to the conception, execution, and documentation of process improvements. Gain hands-on experience with Scrum and agile development methodologies. Analyse data and key metrics to create documentation and dashboards for project transparency. Participate in Scrum ceremonies and help facilitate meetings to ensure effective communication. Support onboarding of new team members into Scrum processes for smooth integration. Perform product analysis to evaluate current features, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Track deadlines and tasks and provide functional support within systems such as PartS/EWM. Prepare and follow up on steering committees/boards, including related documentation. Assist in developing concepts for project organization and implementing optimizations. Support technical tasks such as Azure DevOps operations, Logic App and Power Automate flow creation. Collaborate on initiatives involving web shop and ERP systems; SAP and MS Dynamics 365 F&O knowledge is a plus. Requirements You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. You have a strong interest in digital business applications, project management, and process optimization. You are familiar with Agile frameworks—especially Scrum—and are eager to gain hands-on experience in an agile development environment. You feel confident working with data and are able to create clear documentation, reports, or dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms. Ideally, you have first exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, or comparable solutions). Any experience with Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, or Power Automate is a plus—but motivation to learn is just as valuable. You are analytical, structured, and able to manage tasks independently while keeping deadlines in mind.
