Responsibilities Assist in payroll preparation by compiling and organizing monthly payroll data for 10 countries, ensuring accuracy for over 1,200 employees across Germany and EMEA.Manage assigned benefit categories and focus areas autonomously, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.Address employee inquiries through our HR ticketing system, helping to resolve questions about payment, payslip access, vacation calculations, and other payroll-related topics.Ensure accurate time recording for working students and calculate their payments in alignment with contract terms and local labor laws.Generate and review payroll reports, verify data accuracy, and support monthly payroll processing.Identify and analyze areas for potential efficiency gains within payroll operations. Assist in designing and implementing strategic improvements to streamline payroll workflowsContribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for payroll processes, policies, and best practicesProvide administrative and analytical support for ongoing global payroll projects and initiatives, contributing to the team’s success in delivering high-quality, compliant payroll services across regions. Requirements Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Fluency in German and good English skills are mandatory; additional languages are a plus.Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.Proficiency in payroll software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, ADP) is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey payroll information clearly.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
