Our mission: to make business simple so merchants can focus on what they do best.About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with proven sales experience who enjoys building relationships with small businesses and helping them choose the right SumUp solutions. This is a role ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment.You will engage directly with merchants across the DACH region, acting as a trusted advisor and showcasing how SumUp’s products can simplify their day-to-day operations.What you’ll doEngage with inbound and outbound leads via phone and email.Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and provide tailored consultations.Present and promote SumUp’s card readers, POS solutions, and software products.Clearly communicate the value and benefits of SumUp’s product ecosystem.Build and manage your own sales pipeline, ensuring continuous follow-up and re-engagement.Work toward ambitious sales KPIs and consistently aim to exceed targets.Your ProfileFluent German (C1) — essential for customer interactions.Strong English skills — needed for internal communication and training.Previous experience in sales (preferably in POS, hospitality, retail, SaaS, or similar industries).Demonstrated success achieving and surpassing sales targets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.Comfortable selling in a consultative, solution-oriented manner.What We OfferFixed salary + Uncapped commission with high earning potential — the more you sell, the more you earn.Comprehensive onboarding and continuous training on our full product portfolio.Modern work environment with digital tools and streamlined processes.A supportive, international team culture with plenty of room to grow.Opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech and directly impact small businesses across the DACH region.Our Recruitment ProcessIntroductory callHiring Manager interviewTeam interviewOfferAbout SumUpAt SumUp, we believe in the everyday hero — the small business owner.
