You’ll promote IQIP’s advanced mechanical and hydraulic equipment to infrastructure and construction companies throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role requires extensive travel and strong relationship-building skills. You will manage both short and long sales cycles and work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. You work remote, traveling to clients will be a big part of the work. Our organization in the Netherlands will be at your disposal for support. (Legal, Tender, Engineering) Your responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for new businessBuild and maintain strong relationships with (potential) customers Travel frequently to visit client sites and attend industry events Identify customer needs and translate these into tailored IQIP solutions Work closely with engineering and project teams to provide technical and commercial support Lead negotiations and close contracts for complex mechanical equipment Manage sales pipelines and report market developments internally Your Profile A bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial field Several years of experience in selling mechanical and/or technical products Skilled in managing both complex, long-term sales and fast, short-cycle deals Fluent in German and English Strong communicator with excellent negotiation abilities Willingness to travel frequently across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland Affinity with civil engineering, infrastructure, or heavy machinery sectors Proactive, results-driven, and customer-oriented mindset What IQIP offers An opportunity to drive the energy transition with us Push boundaries to shape tomorrow’s world Outstanding learning opportunities Monthly salary depending on your level and expertise. Flexible working hours Why IQIP? We design and manufacture high-quality equipment, tackling challenges through shared expertise and commitment to sustainable solutions.
