Through open collaboration with ecosystem partners, we create lasting value for our customers, working to empower people, enrich home life, and inspire innovation in organizations of all shapes and sizes.Job Title: Senior Open Market Sales Manager- B2C (m/f/d)Job Location: Düsseldorf, GermanyMain Responsibilities: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and market trends in CE channels to build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners. Formulate and implement sales strategies tailored to CE channels. Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand market presence in the sales channels and drive revenue growth. Identify market opportunities and set clear targets. Monitor sales metrics and ensure objectives are met or exceeded. Negotiate yearly contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements to secure strategic partnership and optimize sales performance. Work closely with other internal teams (GTM, MTK, Retail etc.) to design and execute product launch, or other promotions and sales activities. Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management, and resolve operational issues. Requirements: Bachelor degree or above; Proven experience in B2C sales; Experience with channel/operator sales would be an advantage; Strong knowledge of B2C sales processes and project management; Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; Excellent oral and written English skills; Highly motivated with strong resilience and a proactive working attitude.
