From product-level footprints to actionable supply chain insights, our SaaS platform helps organisations reduce emissions at scale, backed by cutting-edge AI, high automation, and a deep focus on real-world climate impact.We’re a remote-first team working with ambitious companies across Europe, and we’re just getting started.The RoleAs a (Lead) Partner Growth Manager (m/f/d) at forward earth, you’ll own and drive growth through our partner channel. You’ll build strong relationships with both new and existing partners, support them through onboarding, and help turn our collaboration into real commercial success. The role blends strategic thinking, sophisticated stakeholder management, and hands-on sales execution in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.Lead acquisition of new partnersIdentify, evaluate, and secure high-potential partners who can embed forward earth into their offerings.Launch and activate new partnershipsGuide new partners through onboarding while aligning on go-to-market strategy, use cases, and activation plans.Drive software sales alongside experienced stakeholdersCollaborate with partners and internal teams to structure and close high-quality SaaS deals. Many of these involve technically and commercially sophisticated decision-makers.Manage complex and atypical sales cyclesCoordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders, navigating regulatory requirements, technical discussions, and non-linear decision-making processes.Collaborate across teamsWork closely with product, engineering, and operations to ensure we align on what is promised, delivered, and learned, especially in early-stage partnerships.Help build the partner growth playbookYour feedback will directly shape how we scale this channel, including qualification criteria, collateral, pricing structures, and strategic positioning.What We’re Looking For in YouYou’re confident in presenting complex ideas clearlyYou’ve worked in SaaS, consulting, sustainability, or a similarly fast-moving environment where adaptability is key.You’re comfortable with non-linear sales journeys and good at creating structure where there is none.You’re fluent in English (German or other languages a plus) and have strong written and verbal communication skills.You care about making a real impact in climate and understand how software can help drive systemic change.You enjoy working closely with leadership, thinking across teams, and getting your hands dirty when needed.You take ownership without waiting for someone to tell you what to do.
