Aufgaben Deine Mission Als Head of Technical Support übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für alle technischen Fragestellungen rund um unsere Produkte und Systeme. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen nicht nur schnelle Hilfe bekommen, sondern Begeisterung erleben – egal ob remote oder direkt vor Ort. Mit deinem Team gestaltest du unseren technischen Support aktiv mit, bringst neue Ideen ein und stellst sicher, dass jedes Projekt rund läuft – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung. Was dich erwartet Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des technischen Support-Teams Planung, Kalkulation und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Betreutes Wohnen Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung unserer Systeme vor Ort bei unseren B2B Kunden im Betreuten Wohnen Organisation von Refurbishment- und Reparaturservices Aufbau und Einführung eines neuen B2B Support-Ticketsystems Automatisierte Lösungen, die das Leben von Kunden & Team leichter machen Optimierung der Bug-Nachverfolgung der Hardware zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkte Regelmäßige Innovations-Workshops mit deinem Team Qualifikation Was du mitbringst Erfahrung im Technischen Support (B2B-Umfeld von Vorteil) oder technisches Projektmanagement Praxiswissen in Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Fehleranalyse technischer Systeme Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Projekten im Umfeld Betreutes Wohnen oder ähnlichen technischen Lösungen Führungskompetenz: Du motivierst dein Team und entwickelst es weiter Begeisterung für Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung Analytisches Denken, gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität Kommunikationsstärke und ganz wichtig Freude daran, unsere Kund:innen zu begeistern Benefits Was wir dir bieten Ein wachsendes Unternehmen mit einer sinnvollen Mission im Bereich eHealth und digitaler Pflege Ein eingespieltes, kollegiales Team von rund 50 Personen – agil, offen und engagiert Viel Gestaltungsspielraum & direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung Ein Büro mit modernem Arbeitsumfeld in der RaumFabrik Karlsruhe Teilweise Homeoffice möglich Flexible Arbeitszeiten, moderne Tools, kostenlose Getränke, betriebliche Weiterbildung u. v. m.
