Ihre Aufgabe als Commercial Director Ihre Verantwortung beinhaltet die kommerziellen Aktivitäten in der Region Nord und umfasst Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz, Niederlande, Skandinavien, Polen, Tschechische Republik und Slowakei. Dazu gehört der Auf- und Ausbau einer regionalen Organisation und die Geschäftsanbahnung mit neuen Kunden aus neuen Produktgruppen wie Stahl und Metall, Schüttgut, Konsumgüter, Forstprodukte, Industrielösungen und Kühltransport. Hierzu bauen Sie ein starkes Vertriebsteam in der Region mit dem Ziel auf, unseren bestehenden Kundenstamm zu pflegen und weiterzuentwickeln sowie durch strategische Akquise, Vernetzung, Beziehungsaufbau und Lösungsverkauf neue Kunden zu gewinnen. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Unternehmen der Gruppe besteht das gemeinsame Ziel, ein führender Eisenbahnintegrator zu werden. Sie berichten direkt an den CEO der Gruppe und arbeiten eng mit den anderen Mitgliedern des Führungsteams wie auch Stakeholdern zusammen.  Ihr Profil Wir suchen das Gespräch mit Führungskräften aus der Branche Eisenbahn + Logistik (rail logistics, rail freight forward, rail carriers, rail operators, rail leasing, waggon lease) aus vergleichbaren Funktionen (Commercial Director, Regional Director, Commercial Management, Director Business Development, Business Unit Manager, Managing Director), die sowohl die kommerzielle wie auch operative und vertriebliche Seite des Geschäftes kennen und sich in dieser Kombination sich gerne einbringen möchten. Sie haben Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und zählen Eigenmotivation sowie Verhandlungsgeschick zu Ihren persönlichen Stärken. Als Anbieter von Mobilitätslösungen gehört intensive Reisetätigkeit sowie einsatzbereites Englisch zu Ihrem Geschäft.
