A Japanese consumer goods company is seeking Sales Representatives to support its business expansion.
As a Sales Representative, you will drive sales activities in the EMEA market, particularly in Eastern and Northern Europe, by acquiring new customers, supporting existing sales channels, and enhancing brand presence in retail stores.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
・Drive sales initiatives to meet company objectives, adapting strategies as necessary.
・Foster strong partnerships with distributors, launching new products and broadening their SKU offerings.
・Plan and execute in-store expansion strategies, branding efforts, and display enhancements.
・Identify and engage potential clients to establish new sales channels.
・Organize and participate in meetings, training programs, and industry events.
・Prospect new clients, oversee the sales process, and secure new business opportunities.
・Work closely with internal teams to optimize inventory management and order processing.
・Create reports, proposals, and other key documents to support strategic decision-making.
・This position involves business travel for market development and participation in industry events

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:
・Business-level proficiency in English.
・Proficiency in a Northern or Eastern European language (Swedish, Norwegian or Czech).
・At least two years of sales experience in the consumer goods industry.
・Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
・Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
・Valid driver's license.
