Als Director Accounting & Reporting (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben class="text-element"> Leitung und Optimierung des gesamten Close-to-Report-Prozesses, einschließlich der Finanzabschlüsse und der Erstellung von Finanzberichten Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen und unternehmensinternen Vorschriften bei der Finanzberichterstattung Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Genauigkeit des Berichtsprozesses Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Finanzen, Controlling und IT, um reibungslose und integrierte Berichtsprozesse zu gewährleisten Analyse und Berichterstattung über KPIs zur Bewertung der Effizienz und Genauigkeit der Berichtsprozesse Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines qualifizierten C2R-Teams Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von IT-Lösungen zur Automatisierung und Optimierung des Berichtsprozesses Dein Profil mit dem du uns begeisterst Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior Accountant (m/w/d) im Bereich Close to Report, idealerweise in der Hotellerie oder einer verwandten Branche Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzabschlüssen, Berichterstattung und Prozessoptimierung Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an strategischem Denken Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um ein Team effektiv zu leiten Erfahrung in der Implementierung von IT-Systemen im C2R-Bereich von Vorteil Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen als Director Accounting & Reporting (m/w/d).
