(Senior) Marketing Product Manager

Your missionAt Bears with Benefits, we create innovative health and beauty supplements designed to empower people to look and feel their best. We are now looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced environment. In this 360° role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on operations, collaborating across departments to bring innovative products to life and drive brand growth.Product DevelopmentWrite marketing briefs for new product launches, including brand and product positioning for in-house content and marketing.Recommend retail pricing and positioning aligned with brand positioning and market data; analyze margins vs. COGS and provide go/no-go recommendations.Conduct market research to fuel the NPD pipeline and align closely with R&D.Coordinate with Scientific, R&D, Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure compliant and successful product launches.Create and update the PIM (Product Information Management system).Validate key documents and print proofs.Launch Toolkit & AssetsDevelop and monitor launch assets, including:Marketing & Sales tools: product labels, messaging, and training materials.Website updates and content integration.Operational enablers for launches in coordination with the operations team.Performance & Budget Follow-UpTrack and analyze key KPIs of the product portfolio and sell-out results.Consistently monitor full portfolio performance and provide actionable insights.Gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback from markets and consumers.Continuously analyze competitors and market trends, proposing innovations and optimization opportunities backed by data.Development & Operational MarketingDevelop innovative products and concepts while renovating key product pillars.Collect, compare, and synthesize international market and consumer data to generate actionable insights.Partner with international teams to support launches and ensure follow-upYour profileExperience: 2+ years of professional experience in Product/Brand Management or Marketing, ideally within the health, beauty, or dietary supplements sector.Skills:Strong understanding of product development processes, category expertise, and technical know-how.Analytical and business-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva is a plus.Mindset & Personality:Creative and bold, with strong storytelling skills.Open-minded and curious, with a genuine interest in cultural and market specificities.Strategic thinker with resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, able to handle complexity with autonomy and initiative.Why us?This role is based in the heart of Munich - our open, modern office in the middle of Munich is known for loads of fun with amazing colleagues and frequent team eventsWith massive growth potential, Bears with Benefits allows you to quickly develop and succeed in a highly motivating startup environment with ambitious cross-functional teamsCompetitive salaryCorporate benefits: Choose between a selection of benefits, e.g. discounted E-Gym Wellpass membership enabling you to be active in various gyms within GermanyFree access to our product portfolio and regular bears of your choiceAbout usHi, we are BEARS WITH BENEFITS.
